I suggest you ...

No way to change e-mail address used for registration?

Well, I'm actually posting this on behalf of a user who speaks nearly no English (let alone any French).

It seems this user is right: you CANNOT change the e-mail address you've registered with?
This would be a very bad thing, because imagine your e-mail gets hacked or your e-mail provider does no longer allow free e-mail and you do not want to pay, so you're forced to switch to another e-mail provider.

Re-registering would be out of the question, too, because that way you'd lose all your alerts and solved requests (which many people may occasionally need to look up something again).

To figure out what email adresse you have given, you can clik on the password forgotten link and figure out where that email arrives

Changing email address is doable contacting support.

Oh, this question has been posted on April 24, 2012 and today is March 18, 2014. This problem still hasn't been adressed yet?

Yes, this needs to be fixed. My account is linked to a now-defunct e-mail address, and there is no way to change it in my settings.

Fully right ! It's neither impossible to discard the option of email notices, as it was previously.
